These items can generally be looted and purchased with ease. The Deo-Bomb (side-quest reward) is probably the easiest to make, only requiring two Deodorant and one Duct Tape or the Meat Bait, requiring three Meat and one Duct Tape. It does not matter which weapons you make or how many of each.
